Charming Garden Rooms

A garden room that makes the most of a view or feature can seriously enhance the charm of your property.Hastings Property Lab

This converted old dairy

at the top of the garden was upgraded with sustainability in mind, including solar panels installed on the south facing roof of the barn which also provide a source of income.  It is great for extended family but could be used as a dedicated home office or studio or be a self contained holiday let with income potential. The Honey House and Honey Barn are currently for sale – click here to see particulars The photographs below are of the barn.

Garden with Tweed Valley views

As this gently sloping garden has views over the countryside at the crest the owners cleverly put a garden room there. Not only did it make an interesting feature as seen from the house, it provided extra accommodation and is a great sun spot for barbecues and enjoying the garden.
