The garages are available to rent at £110 per garage per month. Alternatively for those interested in renting both units the monthly rent will be at a reduced rate of £200. These figures include electricity charges.

A deposit equal to one months rent will be required (per garage) and will be used as a holding fee whilst terms are discussed and agreed.
