Every year, Hastings Legal participate in Will Aid, and, despite the current situation, this year is no exception!
Throughout November, we will waive our fee for creating a standard Will for you, instead asking that you make a donation to Will Aid to support their charitable work.
Donations made to Will Aid supports a number of fantastic charities such as Age UK, Save the children and Sightsavers, to name a few. If you would like more information about the charity, please visit www.willaid.org.uk.
The suggested donation is £100 for a single Will and £180 for a pair of Wills.
If you would like an appointment to create a Will, please contact us by phone or email.
We can offer:-
- Appointments via Facetime, Skype or Zoom, where we will arrange to meet you virtually.
- Appointments at our Kelso, Duns, Selkirk, or Eyemouth Offices in person, with social distancing and hygiene measures in place for the safety for your and our staff.
Book now to avoid disappointment! Your appointment must be between 2nd– 30th November.
Please note that we review of appointment procedures to ensure they are in line with government guidelines. If anything changes with regards to your appointment, we will contact you and discuss alternatives.
If you are self-isolating you can make an appointment to discuss your requirements by telephone with a solicitor.
We recommend that every adult should have in place an up-to-date Will and a Power of Attorney.
